Black hand man has touched the volts, they burned, but he liked it. He liked it too much and now wont let anyone else touch them. He roams the fenced compound drunk on potential difference, aggressively protecting his volts with a hot black extended hand. Authorised persons enter the compound each week to hose him down and top up the volts, everyone else must remain behind the circle slash viewing window.
